Light Industry Application with LaserMen High Speed CO2 Laser Cutting Engraving Machine 

It is a LM-1390-1 CO2 laser cutting machine ordered by a Kazakhstan customer.
The buyer is in light industry, buying the laser machine is for cutting plastic light globes. The light globes are with different diameters, and the biggest one is 400mm.
For this customer, we build his machine with a motorized up-down flat table. Lower the flat table, a rotary can be installed in the machine cutting area.
For cylindrical items and globes cutting, a rotary is necessary. Regular rotary is with 80mm diameter. To meet the buyer requirement of cutting max. 400mm globe, we havecustomized a bigger size chuck type rotary with a supporting bowl.

In the video, it is cutting of 2mm thick globe. Machine is with Yongli A6s laser tube (rated laser power 130W and peak 160W). Laser output power and cutting speed can be set in RDWorks laser program. We put 55% laser output and 12mm/sec cutting speed.
Besides plastic globe cutting, this machine is able to cut other non-metallic materials, sheets and cylindrical items, such as wood, acrylic, mdf, plywood, fabric, leather, etc.
