Precautions for nozzles when cutting carbon steel with LaserMen fiber laser cutting machine
The effect for Carbon steel cut with fiber laser cutting machine is perfect. And for the high hardness of carbon steel
material ,in order to avoid problems, we should to Maintenance our fiber laser cutting machine, especially the nozzles.
When fiber laser cutting machine cuts low carbon steel material, the fire beam is long, flat, and has fewer splits.If not,
it will affects the working quality and the effect of cutting section.
Be sure the situation that other parameters are normal, the following should be considered:
1.The nozzle should be replaced in time if the nozzle has serious loss.
2.The working gas pressure should be increased if you can not get the new nozzle right now.
3. If the thread that between the nozzle and the laser head is loose, please stop working and check the connection state of the laser head,
and re-thread it.
Laser do not completely cut.
1. The nozzle does not match the thickness of the processing plate, and the nozzle or processing plate need to be replaced.
2. Or the cutting speed is too fast, you should reduce the cutting speed.
When the workpiece has burrs
1. Do the focus position test to check out if the laser focus position is offset, if Yes, please adjust it.
2. Chect out the output power for laser or laser control button, if not enough or unnormal, please adjust it.
3. It is necessary to increase the cutting speed if it is too slow.
4. The cutting working gas should be pure.
5. If the machine is working too long time, it is better to restart it.
