What optional accessories does the LaserMen co2 laser machine have and what are their functions?

optional accessories of LaserMen co2 laser machine

1. Motorized up-down table:
Without this function, machine table height is fixed, and material within 35 mm thickness/height can be put on machine table and to be processed. With
motorized up-down table, you can adjust the machine table height so that you can get more space for putting higher material/items on machine table.
2. Honeycomb table:
Machine itself is with one table, either blade table or honeycomb table. Blade table is for holding hard sheet materials like wood, acrylic, etc. Honeycomb table is for holding soft materials like leather, fabric, paper, etc.
You can choose either one according to your material type. You can also take both, and two tables flexibly can be installed or removed from machine.
3. Rotary:
Laser works well when the focal length is correct (distance between laser head and material surface should remain the same during the whole working process).
Rotary is an assisting device if you do engraving/cutting on cylindrical items. It rotates the cylindrical items and ensuring the item surface being engraved/cut is always at the correct height under the laser head.
If you use rotary, the machine has to be built with motorized up-down table. Also there are 2 types of rotary.
4. Red dot pointer:
CO2 laser is class IV laser, which is invisible. Red dot pointer indicates the laser dot location on material surface so as to avoid wrong engraving/cutting.
5. Auto focus:
There is a spacer for you to adjust/measure the laser head height to get the focal length before engraving/cutting. It is manually focusing.
If with auto focusing, working efficiency can be improved a little. There is a probe/detector on the laser head. Before engraving/cutting, the motorized up-down table will automatically goes up till the material surface touches the probe/detector, and then the up-down table will descend by a certain height to get the correct focal length. Then the machine starts engraving/cutting.
